CareLearn Washington User Agreement


 

You may use CareLearn Washington only if you agree to all the statements below. If any statement is not true for you or you do not agree, close your browser and stop using CareLearn.

If you need help with this agreement, please contact the CareLearn Team at carelearnsupport@dshs.wa.gov.

  • I am a caregiver and work in, or plan to work in, at least one of these settings: Adult Family Home, Assisted Living Facility, Enhanced Service Facility, Home Care Agency, Alternative Living Home, Supported Living Provider, Companion Home, Group Home, Group Training Home, Children’s Residential Services, State Operated Community Residential/State Operated Living Alternatives Program, or Unpaid care setting.
  • My account may be inactivated if I do not log in or complete continuing education courses for 365 days.
  • I will use one CareLearn account with my real identity. I will not share my account or allow others to use it.
  • I understand and acknowledge that the materials on this site are: 1) available to me as a resource to earn continuing education credits, 2) may or may not be the property of DSHS, and 3) are offered without any assurances or warranties that the materials are adequate or appropriate for the care I may deliver to clients. I understand and acknowledge that I am ultimately and solely responsible for providing safe and adequate care for any clients I serve, and that I have an obligation to exercise my independent professional judgment about whether I am competent to provide care to a specific client and how to deliver any such care. As a condition of accessing materials on this site, I waive any claims against DSHS that I could make based on my use of CareLearn or its contents.
